Why I Don't Encourage People to Ask for Feedback

<p>One of my philosophies is "Launch first, tweak later."<br> <br> You may be itching to "get feedback" or "ask for other people's opinion" on what you create, but we actually don't encourage this as a regular practice.<br> <br> Why?<br> <br> Because it slows you down. It makes you think that you need to "get it right" or worse - "get it perfect" - before you can launch.<br> <br> It distracts you from the inner work necessary for you to step into the decision that "This is good enough now and I can improve it later."</p>
