Who prays for your pastor

Many are the times we always want to be solved,and so we go to people i.e pastors,confidants,parents,guardians friends etc and all we want is for them to hear us out to solve us,irrespective of their own mental or physical state!We are pseudo selfish at this point because we care less of how they feel.
