Who Is Happier? Nortside Or Southside?

A new report has been released on the 'Liveability by Place Score' and it really compares the north and south of Canberra. The report concluded that those who live in the north are much happier than those who are living in the south. Kristen completely disagrees, but Nige on the other hand is in favour of the findings. There are a few things they take in to account when they put this report and we are not sure we agree with all of them.
