White Collar Corruption Episode 1 # Dr Suman - The corrupt world of Science @ Radio MITWS India

This is the pioneer episode of White collar corruption. In this episode we adopt a talk by Dr Suman (Already published on you tube), we only recoded from their, because we think her words should listen by all who study sciences and technologies and also to common people who daily encounter by many problems due to malpractice and unethical practices in research and data manipulations or producing fake or bogus research data. She is talking about the corrupt world of science and how money of big pockets manipulate the research results and legislature. Such class of corrupt scientists and business corporates target the monitorial profit rather than the well being of common people. We highly appreciate the wonderful presentation of Dr Suman which she gave on the reputed TED platform. In real sense there are many such incidence happen very ordinarily in our universities and research institutes where a researcher manipulates the data, produce bogus research results, and many time they are target only for publication without any consideration for the positive impacts of their results on the society. We at radio MITWS India initiated a series of episodes under the program "White Collar Corruptio" will raise similar such issues and discussions. Other than that we also started a separte radio channel of MITWS "Radio White Wash" which exclusively dedicated to raise voice and develop a work force who speak about white collar corruption in academics and research.
