<p>The Supreme Court receives about 10,000 petitions a year. With so many important issues out there,&nbsp;which cases actually make it before the nine Justices?&nbsp;Is there a way to lobby them&nbsp;to listen? What is the method they use in choosing which cases they will here and which ones they won't?
