Where Does the Bible Teach that the Holy Spirit is God?

The Bible mentions that God is our Shepherd, Refuge, Fortress, etc. In <a class="rtBibleRef" href= "https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Ps%2028.1" data-reference="Ps 28.1" data-version="esv" data-purpose="bible-reference">Psalm 28:1</a>, it says, “O Lord my Rock.” Why is a “rock” that significant? I don’t know Palestine, but I would think that there are rocks all over the land.</p> <p>2. What was the good news of the kingdom of God being preached by John the Baptist in <a class="rtBibleRef" href= "https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Luke%203.18" data-reference= "Luke 3.18" data-version="esv" data-purpose="bible-reference">Luke 3:18</a>, and by Jesus in <a class="rtBibleRef" href= "https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Luke%205.43" data-reference= "Luke 5.43" data-version="esv" data-purpose="bible-reference">Luke 5:43</a>, if Jesus had not yet died? Jesus even warned his disciples not to tell anyone of his identity and impending death and resurrection in <a class="rtBibleRef" href= "https://biblia.com/bible/esv/Luke%209.22" data-reference= "Luke 9.22" data-version="esv" data-purpose="bible-reference">Luke 9:22</a>. I thought that that was the heart of the gospel? Could you please clarify my understanding on this?</p> <p>3. You said the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one and should be worshipped. How do you explain <a class="rtBibleRef" href= "https://biblia.com/bible/esv/John%2016.12%E2%80%9315" data-reference="John 16.12–15" data-version="esv" data-purpose= "bible-reference">John 16:12–15</a>? Which says that the Holy Spirit will speak of me, and that he is the Spirit of truth, but I don’t see anywhere that it has to be worshipped or that we have to pray to
