<p><a href="https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/david-eisenberg/">Dr. David Eisenberg</a> is a visionary. Son and grandson of a baker, he breathed life into an international movement of <a href="https://teachingkitchens.org/">Teaching Kitchens</a>, hands-on kitchens where doctors and other health professionals could learn about why food matters.
