Then I shared those books with my guy. He was surprised and asked if they were following him around, because he was the kid who was running up and down the halls and delivering the principal's messages to the teachers because they couldn't keep him in his seat. And then my sister said, Jackie, you know, they finally figured out why I struggled so much growing up. They told me that I actually have dyslexia.
