What remedies are available to landlords post moratorium?

<p>Following the lifting of the moratorium on forfeiture for commercial rent arrears on 25 March 2022, commercial landlords once again have a range of options available to either recover outstanding debt or regain possession of their premises.</p> <p>To discuss those options, Sarah Jackman is joined by Ian McEwan and Paula Green, property dispute partners at law firm RWK Goodman.
