What is oversharing? How do you know when you’re doing it? What do you do about it?

<p>I’ve been guilty of it; just unloading, usually on a stranger, with WAY too much personal detail. Of course, then I felt super awkward about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve been on the other side too. Although I do my best to not cause the other person to feel awkward. Particularly if I’m sitting in public with a sign that says #Happy2Listen.</p> <p> </p> <p>What if it’s not a stranger you’ll never see again?
