WeWork (WE) Begins Trading Tomorrow After SPAC Deal

<p>WeWork (WE) is going public via a SPAC deal with Bowx Acquisition Corp. The deal values the company at $9B, including debt. WeWork is known mostly for co-working and its real estate as a service business will really juice their growth going forward. Alex Snyder says that the company has excellent leadership under Sandeep Mathrani and is a great example of the emerging real estate as a service sector.
