<p>The Southern California ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have received the lion's share of attention related to supply chain disruptions, but the pandemic has not been easy for all ports. The Port of Oakland is also grappling with how to manage COVID infections in the freight workforce, equipment shortages, congestion and rail delays, but it also has unique challenges related to ocean carrier schedules and agriculture exports.
