A West Clare historian is hailing the significance of a new memorial in honour of children who died in the Clare County Nursery in Kilrush. Speaking with Clare FM's Josh Prenderville, Kilrush-based historian Rita McCarthy says it's an appropriate recognition of the lives that were lost at the home.
