Faith Testimony –Mark Raue–Responding to Life’s Changing Circumstances (Mark tells of the faith journey and his discernment that he went on as his life circumstances changed to a point where he needed to give up a successful and fulfilling position as the CEO and principal of Mater Dei Campus, a coeducational setting for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 with a Mild to Moderate Intellectual Disability, located at Camden in outer South West Sydney. Having spent his working life to this point in the Education sector, it is during this discernment time that Mark realises that we are called to be missionary in the here and now, wherever we are. Feeling guided by the Spirit and prompted by advice that the will of God will not take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us, Mark has a total change in career path and accepts a position with Catholic Mission, not to become a missionary overseas, but to work locally helping support the work of the overseas missions.)
