Our world today is somewhat of a dark, dangerous place. And efforts to help people are coming in from all sorts of sources. Physical health and exercise will help. Mental health is important. But, as Pastor JD teaches today, our world needs first to focus on our spiritual health. Strong, healthy, mature believers are what’s needed!
