That is why this is not the hour nor the day to be asleep at the wheel! We can't be off in drunkenness, nakedness, debauchery and sin! If you and I are not alert and sober-minded, we will be easily led astray by our enemy who accuses us day and night before the Father. The Lord Jesus is telling us do not give the devil a foothold or any reason for accusation. Just like Satan didn't have a hold on Jesus, neither should he have a hold on you. There should be nothing Satan accuses you of. So don't give him the ammunition he craves: your willful disobedience against the God who created the Heavens and the earth and the sea and all therein!
