WDIP | Summer School: Benefit Corporations

<p dir="ltr" data-test-bidi="">We've reached WDIP Summer School 2023. Our final lesson might seem a bit technical, but attention to this detail can make all the difference to the success of a social purpose enterprise.</p> <p dir="ltr" data-test-bidi="">In class today, we learn that how a business is incorporated has a real impact on how a business venture can manage a social mission.
