Ways to Praise <br><br> Genesis 4:1-5 - Now Adam[a] had sexual relations with his wife, Eve, and she became pregnant. When she gave birth to Cain, she said, “With the Lord’s help, I have produced[b] a man!” 2 Later she gave birth to his brother and named him Abel. When they grew up, Abel became a shepherd, while Cain cultivated the ground. 3 When it was time for the harvest, Cain presented some of his crops as a gift to the Lord. 4 Abel also brought a gift—the best portions of the firstborn lambs from his flock. The Lord accepted Abel and his gift, 5 but he did not accept Cain and his gift. NLT <br><br> Matthew 15:8-9 - “‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 9 They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules.’ NIV <br><br> 1 Corinthians 14:26 What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up. We praise God with singing. <br><br> Psalm 47:6 - Sing praises to God, sing praises to our King, sing praises. NIV <br><br> 2. We praise God by lifting our hands. <br><br> Psalm 63:4 - I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.  NIV <br><br> 3. We praise God by clapping our hands. <br><br> Psalm 47:1 - Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy.  NIV <br><br> 4. We praise God with instruments. <br><br> Psalm 150:2-5 - 2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe,
