Way Past Due: Talking with your children about diversity, equity and inclusion

<p>Some people pride themselves on being “color-blind” when it comes to race, but actually there’s no such thing. In fact, studies show that kids are already noticing race by the age of 3 months and are making race based decisions shortly after.
