Wastewater Infrastructure Leaving People 'In Limbo' Says Incoming West Clare

The incoming Chair of the West Clare municipal district says a lack of wastewater infrastructure in the town is leaving people wanting to become part of the community 'in limbo'. Councillor Shane Talty has been telling Clare FM's Josh Prenderville that the issue is county-wide and needs urgent action.
