Washington Nationals 2B Luis Garcia Being Optioned To AAA Is A Very Confusing Move

After the Nats cut ties with LF Corey Dickerson, they stunned the baseball community by sending down 23 year old Luis Garcia to AAA after struggling mightily in the bigs. The once top 100 prospect, has now been optioned every year so far in his big league career, and at only 23 years old, there could be issues coming. Ryan discusses how he's confused by this, and why he wouldn't have made this move. With those string of moves, the Nationals called up 1st round picks Jeter Downs & Blake Rutherford.
