Description

Today down-sloping westerly flow will warm temperatures into the upper 50’s ahead of an upper-level trough and Canadian clipper system moving across the North Dakota border and Great Lakes tomorrow. This will swing a cold front through with 30-50 mph gusty north winds and drop temperatures to more seasonal readings on Friday and Saturday. Daytime temperatures will be n the 40’s and nighttime lows in teens and low 20’s. No precipitation is expected other than maybe some light snow flurries or sprinkles in eastern Colorado. Sunday and Monday ridging out west rebuilds and northwesterly flow locally warms temps back into the 50’s and low 60’s.
