Do you consider yourself a leader? Women tend not to own their leadership roles. We are often accidental leaders and forget the experiences we’ve had that make us a leader.

If you are questioning whether you are a leader, look back on all your experiences and how you’ve led in the past. It is about having a mindset shift to own your leadership authority. You can lead right where you are and doing so will help you become a better leader as you grow and get to higher levels.

How to begin
