VOV 2021: November 3, 2021 Jesus, The Everlasting Saviour The mercies of God are unsearchable and abound from everlasting to everlasting. When we offend men or fail them, it will take God touching their hearts for them to to grant forgiveness and mercy. The reverse is the case with God, who forgave us before we even sinned by the finished work of Calvary. However, it takes a relationship with Jesus Christ, our Saviour to enjoy the fringe (free) benefits of Salvation. As simple as it appears, many are willing but not obedient. If you are wise and choose to be a doer of the Word by being willing and obedient, you will without fail eat the good of the land, a partaker and not an onlooker. By the blood of Jesus Christ, the righteous and unrighteous qualify for God’s everlasting mercy. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬. “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:” Isaiah‬ ‭1:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬. “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬.
