VOP 2021: November 15, 2021 Godliness with Contentment is great gain There are so many reasons why we must not compare ourselves with one another as we have been admonished in the Word of God, the only manual of life. Firstly we are not all born on the same day and will not be called back to our maker on the same day.We have no choice in the decision and so we cannot decide the events that come afterwards. Secondly, we know in part and will be making an error by making wrong assumptions or spreading information that have no proven evidence. Lastly and most importantly God is “Sovereign” and unquestionable. Ultimately, all men must still surrender and bow down to His divine will. If we are content, we will be recipient of God’s everlasting mercies and unlimited grace which ultimately grants us unlimited blessings and uncommon favour. Prayer: Father grant me the grace to be content with the present provision as I trust you for increase and unlimited blessings in Jesus’ name, Amen. “But godliness with contentment is great gain.
