VOP 2021: April 17, 222 The Beauty of Easter-The Risen King JESUS CHRIST E: Empty Tomb A: Ascension to Glory S: Sacrificial Life T: Triumphant Entry E: Eternity guaranteed R: Redemption by the Blood R: Redemption I: Impact S: Sacrificial Life E: Eternity N: New Birth in Christ In Celebration of the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we rejoice in the Eternal Hope of glory. The empty tomb signifies the abolishment of death and His triumphant entry to Heaven where He is crowned in majesty to the praise and glory of God, Almighty The Creator of Heaven and Earth. Most importantly, He is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for man. This is the confidence that we have that if we invite Him into our lives, our soul will be saved and we will ultimately reign with Him in eternity. Also, on earth, we are guaranteed peace and joy in Christ. The benefits of Salvation are immeasurable. Our bond with Christ compels us to live a totally surrendered and sacrificial life of Service to God. This is demonstrated through our commitment and faithfulness to serve man who God created in His own image. As we serve man, we directly or indirectly serve God and fulfill His divine mandate.we are mandated to be our brother’s keeper. There is more gain than pain in the redemption on the Cross. Make the right decision to surrender to Jesus Christ and lean on the Holy Spirit, the Great Helper for divine direction and fulfillment of God’s plan and purpose for your life (New life) in Christ. JESUS IS THE RISEN KING. The tomb is empty because He is seated in Heaven, His throne and His desire is that we reign with Him as joint-heirs. “Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it. But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus w
