Helping people achieve mastery over their mindsets to live a more aligned and powerful life.<br /><br />About Vin<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Throughout my life I suffered with crippling anxiety, panic attacks and deep suicidal depression. I was living in a state of victim-hood where all I saw was darkness. <br />When I finally realized what I was doing to myself by holding these beliefs, I began to create mental shifts. I started identifying how I can own more of my life and really lead myself. To become someone who created life instead of being dragged through it.<br /><br />Through my decade of combined experience as a licensed psychotherapist, a firefighter, business owner, and mindset coach I've learned a few things about what it truly takes to own your life. <br /><br />I have helped thousands of people over my time in service to others; and what I can share with your audience are personal stories of how I overcame adversity and how I turned pain into power. <br /><br />Professionally speaking I've worked in homeless shelters, in-patient units, out-patient, hospitals, clinics, department of education all as a therapist. I have my masters degree and license for clinical social work. I also received my coaching certification training under Tony Robbins RMT training program. My total experience has been currently 13 years and counting.<br /><br />I speak a lot on the deeper psychological aspects of the subconscious mind and our deep rooted internal programming. I speak on neurology and physiology and how all of these aspects go hand in hand to create the life you are living. <br /><br />I'll give listeners actionable and practical steps on how they can improve their lives backed by research, and experience.
