Vicky Phelan Campaign & Portrait Tour Vicky Phelan was, of course, a hugely inspirational and prominent women’s health advocate prior to her death from cervical cancer in November 2022. This weekend the Lady Gregory Hotel in Gort will host the Vicky Phelan Campaign & Portrait Tour. The triptych portrait, painted by the renowned Irish artist, Vincent Devine, was inspired by Vicky Phelan’s incredible courage. This is the first time that the portrait will be in the West of Ireland.
