Vaccine Mandate Lawsuit, 'Stealth' Omicron Version, Free N95 Masks

<p>On the “Today in San Diego” podcast, a lawsuit is being filed against the city of San Diego over its vaccine mandate, claiming it is unconstitutional and violates privacy rights and due process. Public health officials confirmed that there have been three cases of a new subvariant of omicron, known as the "stealth" version, recorded in San Diego County.
