Soudie is also</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">the founder and Executive Director of the Wachusett Area Social Justice Alliance and has presented at trainings and events all over New England and abroad. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prior to becoming a consultant, she worked as a public defender, has supervised hundreds of attorneys and dedicated her career to empowering and advocating for individuals who have been historically marginalized by the system.
