Update On Sale Of Public Housing Next To Norlite Incinerator

The City of Cohoes Housing Authority voted to authorize the sale of the Saratoga Sites housing complex across the track from the Norlite incinerator and aggregate company to the City of Cohoes, who wants to rase it and turn it into an industrial site.
