Unions call on members to reject 'insulting' pay offer

But has developed a lot over the course of this week. On Monday we learnt that the <a href="https://www.tes.com/magazine/news/general/teacher-pay-talks-dfe-makes-offer-unions" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">DfE had made an offer
