Understanding the word 'adjustment' (Smruti)

<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">Episode #822</p><p>In this episode of the #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin is asked by Smruti, how to adjust with her in-laws, which has been a very common problem for decades now. </p><p>Ashdin shares that there are 3 aspects to finding the actual meaning of adjustment. The first is boundaries, in any family people need to create boundaries which means identifying the things that you can accept or not accept, and then communicating those to the family members. The second is to not see your family members as per their roles in your life but as humans with insecurities, desires, and feelings. Last is to think of your life after marriage as an adventure. Ashdin explains why wearing that Indiana Jones hat for your marriage is important.
