Two brothers remanded in Kwara for allegedly killing uncle

<p>A Magistrate’s Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, has remanded two suspects in prison custody in connection with the alleged murder of their uncle.</p>, <p>They are Musa Aliyu and Idris Aliyu, both residents of Kaiama, in Kaiama Local Government of the State.</p>, <p>The suspects allegedly murdered their 54-year-old uncle, Muhammed Abubakar, according to a police report.</p>, <p>Reports said the father of the two suspects returned home only to discover the lifeless body of his younger brother.</p>, <p>The Kwara State police command charged the two suspects before the Magistrate’s court in Ilorin, the State capital.</p>, <p>Police Prosecutor, Gbenga Ayeni, urged the court to remand the suspects pending the completion of investigation into the matter.</p>, <p>In his ruling, trial Magistrate A.A. Isah remanded the suspects and adjourned the case till November 1, 2023.</p>
