It was really fun to chat to Laura and  it was a perfect tonic for these strange and uncertain times.</p> <p>Laura is the author of <em>Animal Husbandry</em> (which was made into the film <em>Someone Like You</em>, starring Hugh Jackman), <em>Dating Big Bird</em>, <em>Her</em>, and <em>Piece of Work</em>. She’s been a contributor to the <em>New York Times</em>, the <em>Washington Post</em>, and the Huffington Post; a ghost writer and she’s produced a popular online series of animated videos called Annoying Conversations which we mention during our chat;.
