Don’t let this happen to our children or our country.”<br /><br />THE DEPARTMENT OF IN-JUSTICE'S OPINION ON VAXX MANDATES<br /><br />NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio said the quiet part out loud yesterday when he remarked: "The voluntary part is over."<br /><br />The Department of Justice (DOJ) concluded in an opinion that public agencies and private businesses alike can mandate that employees get the Covid-19 vaccine. The department also concluded that federal law does not "prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccine requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under [emergency use authorization].<br /><br />Keep in mind: The DOJ opinion is just that - an opinion. This isn't the last word on the legality of vaccine mandates. The courts ultimately get to make that decision if and when a case is brought.
