Traveling the US in Your RV with April Crossley

<p>“If you want to know how much you’re working in your business, leave your business,” says April Crossley, Owner of Crossley Properties, LLC. April flips and wholesales between 20 and 30 houses a year, owns a portfolio of small multifamily rental properties in Berks County, PA and is a private lender, who invests as an LP and a GP on large multifamily projects across the US. In an attempt to achieve more freedom within her many roles and responsibilities, April recently took her own advice and began traveling across the US full-time in her RV with her husband and dog.</p><p><br></p><p>Many entrepreneurs may be apprehensive about taking this kind of leap, especially given the demands of their business. However, April explains that it’s crucial to work out the areas in your business where you can delegate to others, especially when it comes to tasks that don’t bring you joy. April didn’t jump in head first; instead, she tested the waters by snowbirding for several years.
