Transformation can be messy - Like brushing your teeth with the opposite hand!

Have you ever tried to brush your teeth with the opposite hand? Can be comical and difficult. Finding each tooth, keeping the toothpaste inside your mouth! And the concentration it takes. Transformation is just like that. Messy, comical, difficult, and sometimes hard to keep somethings from slipping out of your mouth. Here is a challenge. For one week brush with the opposite hand while thinking wonderful thoughts about it!  Thoughts like "I like me" and "this is the best day ever!" Have fun   I  Love you.
