Transfer: Bundesliga club, Eintracht Frankfurt table bid for Orban

<p>Bundesliga club, Eintracht Frankfurt have submitted a bid to KAA Gent for forward, Gift Orban, according to German news outlet, Kicker.</p>, <p>Eintracht Frankfurt, who once had former Super Eagles captain, Austine Jay Jay Okocha in their ranks, are eager to sign Orban when the transfer window reopens in January 2024.</p>, <p>The 22-year-old is valued at around €20m by Transfermarkt but Gent are expected to demand more for the player.</p>, <p>The Buffalos reportedly rejected a €25m bid for the Nigerian in January.</p>, <p>Orban stirred controversy last weekend</p>, <p>when he accused Gent of trying to destroy his career because of lack of game time.</p>, <p>The striker has also been frustrated after he did not make the big transfer in the summer as widely expected.</p>, <p>He joined Gent from Norwegian second division club, Staebek in January.</p>
