Tour of the Community in Norlite Incinerator's Shadow for Halloween

Lights out Norlite, the community group working to shut down the Norlite Hazardous Waste Incinerator in Cohoes, is offering a Halloween community tour on Oct. 30 to show area residents the plants and surrounding neighborhood.
