To solve Northern Nigeria's problems - look to the elephant?

<p>In 1996, staff at Pilanesberg National park, a game reserve in South Africa, had a problem: young bull male elephants were on a rampage. They were going after visitors and attacking and killing the rhinos. This was definitely not normal behavior for elephants. The ecologists at Pilanesberg diagnosed the situation and came up with a plan that restored the natural balance in the park. No rhino has been killed by an elephant at Pilanesberg ever since.&nbsp;</p> <p>Northern Nigeria has a problem: young men in their 20s and 30s are on a rampage.
