To get the Covid Vaccine or Not?

We have countries where most of the general public is getting the vaccine, and we have some, like Ontario, where it's mostly the front line worker's that are getting the vaccine. But at what point will you decide whether you should get the vaccine or not? and what factors will play into your decision? Would you get the vaccine if your workplace required you to, or if you needed to take it to go on vacation? or how about if you knew it would prevent your child from getting Covid-19? Is the Covid-19 vaccine also immune to these other new variances?
