Sometimes you just need to have an ugly cry to get through the day; threats of nuclear war, playing of Karen card in the workplace, daily microaggressions, you can lose it if not careful. My ugly cry prior to the State of the Union or Not-Union was just that.   As for the rest, I’m petty. I get over it and get even. If you feel stuck in your current situation, change it. Get your business plan together, update financial statements, Profit Loss and prepare to pitch the hell out of your project. If you know you will not have the perfect job for you, create it.
