<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Dr Varun Agrawal who goes by the name Dr Ed is a nephrologist and internist in a university hospital in Burlington VT where besides clinical practice, he is actively involved in medical education of the students, residents and fellows.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">Being an international medical graduate, he understands the special challenges that IMGs face in their transition to a new work culture in the US.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">He started Ed4MedUS.com in the fall of 2019, an online educational consultancy site to help guide medical graduates in their journey to pursue a US medical residency. He is very involved in educational research especially burnout and emotional well-being in graduate medical education.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">He has written original research papers, review papers, case reports, editorials, textbook chapters and has been invited to present talks at national and internationally acclaimed conferences.</span></p>
