Threshold Claims Some Clare Renters Facing 66% Monthly Increases

A leading housing charity claims some Clare renters are having their monthly payments increased by as much as 66 percent. Karina Timothy, who's Threshold's Western Regional Services Manager which includes this county, has been telling Clare FM's Josh Prenderville that a lack of new tenancies coming on stream is negatively impacting tenant's prospects.
