These are grim statistics. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We go through five markers that show if you are metabolically healthy or not. These are from the World Health Organization. It doesn’t matter if you are small or have a great swimsuit body. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The five markers of metabolic health are blood pressure, blood sugar measured through the A1C test, fasting blood glucose, waist circumference, and triglycerides.
