<p>Brent Wisner is an attorney and senior shareholder in the San Francisco Bay Area office of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman who concentrates his practice on pharmaceutical class action litigation, toxic-tort injuries, and consumer fraud litigation. As one of the firm’s lead trial attorneys, Brent manages a highly trained team of attorneys and takes great pride in personally working up all facets of litigation—from briefing, expert discovery, through trial and, if needed, appeal. Brent has dedicated his practice to vindicating his client’s rights and holding wrongdoers accountable.</p> <p>Brent is the youngest attorney to ever obtain a multi-billion-dollar verdict and has received numerous awards for his work, including in 2020: MVP of the Year in Products Liability (Law360), 500 Leading Lawyers (<em>Lawdragon</em>), and Verdicts Hall of Fame (National Law Journal & ALM); and for 2021: <em>West Trailblazer</em> (The American Lawyer), <em>California Powerhouse</em> (Law360), and the <em>Clarence Darrow Award</em> (MTMP).</p> <p>Brent served on all the trial teams for the first three Monsanto Roundup trials. He served as co-lead trial counsel in two of the first three cases, delivering the opening and closing arguments, and cross-examining many of Monsanto’s corporate witnesses.</p> <p>Brent Wisner in Monsanto Roundup Litigation.
