The Wishing Chair Again. Chapter 22 - Winks and Binky Are Silly.

Winks and Binky have an argument because Winks has stolen Witch Wendles wand and Binky tells him to return it. They makes spells at each other until, finally, they change each other into a puff of smoke and a bad smell. Now the children have to find some way of rescuing them. Luckily the chair grows it's wings.
