The struggle with allowing property managers to work from home

<p>I am very honest when I say, I struggle with allowing staff to work from home. </p><p> </p><p>People can say it is controlling, but there are actually some deeper concerns that I have from a business level.</p><p> </p><p>I had the opportunity to talk with Michelle Rigg about this.
