The Steve Lydick from A No Coast November Episode

<p>Hey there friends!</p> <p>Today, I'm excited because I'm speaking with a good friend of mine, Mr. Steve Lydick from the bands A No Coast November, and Joceyln.</p> <p>Steve and I go way back, our bands went on tour together back in 2009 with The American Life and A No Coast November, and we were also joined by The JV Allstars. This was one of the most fun tours I was ever a part of.</p> <p>Steve has always been a profound guy, he's a smart and funny guy. I've always loved our conversations. I feel like it's always a life-giving conversation. One in which I take something really valuable away.</p> <p>We talk about a lot of things in this convo. We talk about exercise, personal growth, personal transformation and development, and we talk about how our identity plays a role in that.
